This time, we visited the printing factory that supports the manufacturing of our Canvas Stretch Mat and released a video documenting the process on YouTube.

At the factory we visited this time, we observed the printing process, which significantly impacts the quality of the Canvas Stretch Mat.
Many steps are involved before a single mat is completed, including printing, dyeing, and laminating.
On-site, each step was carefully monitored by dedicated staff, who made fine adjustments to ensure quality.
Is the color reproduction accurate?
Is the finish consistent?
Is the designed pattern expressed as intended?
Each of these cumulative efforts contributes to the final product quality.
What we realized again this time is that

During this visit, we also had direct conversations with the factory manager and key personnel involved in product development, recording interviews about their views on quality and their impressions of 8ed Studio.

This visit was an opportunity for us to reaffirm the importance of that.
