We do not accept returns due to customer circumstances (e.g., wrong size, different from image). However, we do accept returns or exchanges only if all the following conditions are met:

• If the product has an initial defect
• If you contact us by email or through the inquiry form within [7 days] of product arrival
  
• If the product is [unused] and can be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered
• If neither the product nor the packaging has significant damage or stains

• We require you to send us [photos of the entire box, the entire product, and the problematic areas] for product condition confirmation.
• Depending on the reason for return, we may ask for a detailed interview.
• Please note that we cannot accept returns if you send the product back without prior notice or if the above conditions are not met.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• More than 7 days have passed since the product arrived.
• There is evidence that the product has been used once (including odors, stains, scuffs, etc.).
• Returns due to customer convenience (e.g., incorrect size, different from image, not understanding specifications described on the product page), and the product has no clear defects.
• Products explicitly stated as non-returnable, such as sale items or items purchased with a coupon.

• In cases of defective products or incorrect deliveries due to our error, we will cover the cost of returns/exchanges.
• For returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and re-shipping fees.

• Name of the item you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Photos of the entire product and the relevant parts (attached)
