To customers before purchasing
All products are shipped free of charge nationwide. However, shipping to Okinawa Prefecture will cost 1,500 yen (tax included).
The stretch mat is approximately 8mm (0.8cm) thick.
It is designed to blend naturally into your space even when left on the floor, providing just the right amount of cushioning for daily stretching and time spent on the floor.
We also prioritize a balance between the peace of mind of kneeling or leaning on your elbows and the lightness that allows you to stretch whenever inspiration strikes.
The TPE material of the mat is heat resistant and can be used on underfloor heating without any problems, but high temperatures for long periods of time may cause the material to deform.
When using the mattress, please set the floor heating to a low to medium setting, and to prevent too much heat from building up between the floor and the mattress, please turn the mattress over occasionally to allow air to circulate, allowing you to use it with greater peace of mind.

Regarding care after Pilates or stretching, you may wipe it down with an alcohol-based sanitizing wipe.
If you are concerned about sweat or dirt, gently wipe the surface and then gently wipe it with a dry towel to ensure it is thoroughly dried. This will allow for a more comfortable experience during use.
Please note that continuously rubbing it vigorously or leaving it soaked in a large amount of alcohol for an extended period may damage the material. Therefore, we recommend only a light wipe.

Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product you receive is irreparably damaged or soiled, or if the product you receive is different from the product you ordered.

International Shipping
8ed Studio handles completely original products developed in-house by Japanese companies. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped from our warehouse in Japan to your country via EMS.

Our store offers international shipping to countries and regions worldwide via EMS (Express Mail Service). You can also view our online store by switching the delivery country, language, and currency using the globe icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Typically, we ship products from our Japanese warehouse within [2-6 business days] of order confirmation.
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import consumption tax, and customs clearance fees.
