To customers before purchasing
All products are shipped free of charge nationwide. However, shipping to Okinawa Prefecture will cost 1,500 yen (tax included).
The TPE material of the mat is heat resistant and can be used on underfloor heating without any problems, but high temperatures for long periods of time may cause the material to deform.
When using the mattress, please set the floor heating to a low to medium setting, and to prevent too much heat from building up between the floor and the mattress, please turn the mattress over occasionally to allow air to circulate, allowing you to use it with greater peace of mind.

All products are shipped free of charge nationwide. However, shipping to Okinawa Prefecture will cost 1,500 yen (tax included).
Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day, and will usually be dispatched within one business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Regarding your "Delivery box preference," please enter it in the order notes on the cart screen and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot accept detailed specifications due to automatic connection with the warehouse.
You can specify a delivery date and time on the cart page between 2 and 10 days from the order date.

We apologize, but in order to ensure prompt delivery of your products, we do not accept cancellations as we begin shipping immediately after your order is completed.
After placing your order, we will automatically send you an order confirmation email.

Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product you receive is irreparably damaged or soiled, or if the product you receive is different from the product you ordered.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as size changes, color, or different images.
If the item is defective, we will exchange it for a new one or provide a full refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

About international shipping
8ed Studio stretch mats will be shipped from within Japan.

Please note that depending on your country's customs regulations, import duties and/or sales taxes may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
Import tariffs by country:
Korea: Approximately KRW 15,000 (duty + VAT)
China: Approximately CNY 120 (duties and consumption tax)
Hong Kong: No import tax (0%)
Taiwan: TWD170 (duty + VAT)
Thailand: THB 250 (duty + VAT)
Singapore: Tax-free for purchases under SGD400 (approx. JPY40,000)
