Thank you for visiting the 8ed Studio online store. If you have any questions that cannot be resolved by the User Guide, please contact us using the inquiry form at the bottom of this page or at info@8ed-studio.com.

All products are shipped free of charge nationwide. However, shipping to Okinawa Prefecture will cost 1,500 yen (tax included).

After your order and payment are completed, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Details are listed on each product page.

Sorry, we are currently only able to respond to enquiries by email.

You can contact us via the chat at the bottom right of the screen or at info@8ed-studio.com.

We will respond to your inquiries via email during business hours from 10:00 to 17:00 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and the New Year holidays).

The coupon code can be entered on the final payment page of the checkout. *Some products cannot be used in conjunction with coupons during the sale period.

In order to reduce the burden on shipping and protect the environment, 8ed Studio does not enclose invoices or receipts with products. If you would like a receipt, you can download it from the purchase completion screen or My Page.

The payment methods we offer are as follows:

This product is carefully packaged in an original case and can be used as a gift!

Please use it as a gift for a loved one, or as a housewarming gift, wedding gift, or baby gift.

*Due to the size of the stretch mat, we are unable to provide special gift wrapping services.

We apologize, but in order to ensure prompt delivery of your products, we do not accept cancellations as we begin shipping immediately after your order is completed.

After placing your order, we will automatically send you an order confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from us, please check your email reception settings and spam folder.
*It may take several minutes to several hours for the automated email to arrive.

In addition, if you use a mobile phone email address, the spam filter function may automatically reject emails sent from our store.

Please set "info@8ed-studio.com" as a designated email address to receive emails, or "@8ed-studio.com" as a designated domain to receive emails.

Please note that automatically sent emails cannot be resent.
If you have forgotten your order details or payment information, please contact us at info@8ed-studio.com.

Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product you receive is irreparably damaged or soiled, or if the product you receive is different from the product you ordered.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as size changes, color, or different images.

If the item is defective, we will exchange it for a new one or provide a full refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please include this information when contacting us to ensure a smooth response.
