The TPE material of the mat is heat resistant and can be used on underfloor heating without any problems, but high temperatures for long periods of time may cause the material to deform.

When using the mattress, please set the floor heating to a low to medium setting, and to prevent too much heat from building up between the floor and the mattress, please turn the mattress over occasionally to allow air to circulate, allowing you to use it with greater peace of mind.

After use, gently wipe off any sweat with a soft, dry cloth and let it air dry in the shade.

When storing, please roll the mat rather than folding it. Folding may cause temporary creases due to the nature of the material.

Avoid storing the mat in hot, humid locations.

While the product is thoroughly inspected before shipping, please be aware that due to the nature of the material, friction or moisture may cause slight color transfer.

Using a well-diluted aroma water to wipe the mat can add a pleasant scent without damaging the suede fabric (please use only colorless, alcohol-free aroma water).

Dilute a neutral detergent with lukewarm water, then gently wipe the surface with a slightly dampened soft cloth.

To prevent any detergent residue from remaining, wipe the surface again with a separate cloth dampened with clean water.

Avoid direct sunlight and let the mat air dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated, shaded area.

*The surface is made of a suede-like material. To help maintain its soft texture over time, we do not recommend machine washing or dry cleaning. Please also avoid using bleach, alcohol, or stiff brushes.

Regarding care after Pilates or stretching, you may wipe it down with an alcohol-based sanitizing wipe.

If you are concerned about sweat or dirt, gently wipe the surface and then gently wipe it with a dry towel to ensure it is thoroughly dried. This will allow for a more comfortable experience during use.

Please note that continuously rubbing it vigorously or leaving it soaked in a large amount of alcohol for an extended period may damage the material. Therefore, we recommend only a light wipe.

Shipping is free nationwide for all products. However, a flat shipping fee of ¥500 (tax included) applies to orders shipped to Okinawa Prefecture.
