This time, we visited the printing factory that supports the manufacturing of the Canvas Stretch Mat and released a video documenting the process on YouTube.

To naturally blend into everyday life,

To add a little more time for self-care, even in a busy daily routine.

The Canvas Stretch Mat was born to support such a self-care habit.

At the factory we visited this time, we observed the printing process, which significantly impacts the quality of the Canvas Stretch Mat among its manufacturing steps.

Many processes, including printing, dyeing, and lamination, are involved until one mat is completed.

At the site, personnel accompanied each process, checking quality and making fine adjustments.

Is the color reproduction accurate?
Is the finish even?

The accumulation of each of these steps leads to the final product's quality.

What we realized again this time was that

As a brand, we can envision ideals.

We truly felt that the quality we aim for is built upon all of these.

We don't just view the factory as a manufacturing site; we engage in daily communication about quality improvement and enhancement, building relationships as partners who together strive for better products.

During this visit, we also conducted interviews with the factory manager and key personnel involved in product development, discussing their perspectives on quality and their impressions of 8ed Studio.

Despite our different positions, our desire to "deliver better products" is the same.

When creators build trusting relationships and work together towards the same goal,
only then can products that are loved for a long time be born.

This visit was an opportunity for us to reaffirm the importance of that.
