Non-fiction Talk "Just Being Alive is a Huge Gain" Ep. 1 released 🎥
Just by being alive, it's all profit.
A new non-fiction series is starting on YouTube.
8ed Studio has launched a new video series on YouTube centered on the theme of "people."

This series focuses on the self-care within each individual's life, exploring how they spend their days and confront themselves.
We live various roles, such as work and parenting.
Within that, how do we accept and handle "what we have now"?
By focusing on small choices and habits in our daily lives, rather than something extraordinary, we can slightly bridge the distance to ourselves.
This series will compile such records.
Finding yourself while working as a single mother.

The first episode features Saki Oshima, representative of 8ed Studio.
As a single mother raising two children, she dedicates herself daily to managing the brand.
She wants to cherish both work and parenting.
Yet, the more she thinks about it, the more she feels a lack of time and leeway.
What she values in such days is creating even a little time to connect with herself.

Stretching. Regulating her breath.
For just a few minutes, turning her awareness to her bodily sensations.
It's not to change anything, or to strive harder,
but simply a time to notice "who she is now."
What small self-care creates

Small habits accumulated in daily life.
They might not bring about big changes.
Nevertheless, they quietly outline the feeling of "truly being alive" in fleeting moments.
Just by being alive, it's all profit.

It's not an exaggeration, but just waking up today, being able to move your body, and living your daily life. Perhaps that alone is truly valuable enough.
May such moments gradually increase in your daily life. May that realization enrich today just a little bit.

Finally

This series is not about "self-care for working hard," but an attempt to focus on time for not treating oneself carelessly.
