Stretch Experience Held at Yomiuri TV-Sponsored Event
8ed Studio conducted a stretch yoga session at Well Be Pop, an event held in Osaka for two days from March 20 (Fri) to 21 (Sat), 2026, and sponsored by Yomiuri TV.
This event, themed "Enjoy Beauty & Wellness with POP," is an experiential event focused on beauty, health, and well-being, hosted by Yomiuri TV, a leading television station in the Kansai region.
Stretch Experience to Make Self-Care a "Habit"
As part of the stage program, 8ed Studio conducted a stretch yoga session themed "Self-care that can be incorporated into daily life."
Under the guidance of instructor Sayuri, participants were provided with a stretch experience that gently relaxed their bodies.
Both days were fully booked, and we received many comments from participants such as "My body felt so much lighter" and "I think I can continue this at home."
8ed Studio's Aim: "Self-Care as an Experience"
At 8ed Studio, we propose stretch mats not as "something to use," but as a tool to make self-care a habit.
We will continue to expand opportunities for people to experience our mats firsthand through events and workshops like this one.
We plan to hold workshops and events in various locations in the future.
