8ed Studio offers international shipping to the following countries and regions:

Normally, we will ship your order from our warehouse in Japan within 2 to 6 business days after your order is confirmed.

Shipping costs are as follows.

Korea: KRW 20,000 (2 or more items: KRW 35,000)
China: CNY140 (2 points or more CNY250)
Taiwan: TWD500 (2 points or more TWD800)
Hong Kong: HKD140 (HKD250 for 2 or more points)
Singapore: SGD22 (2 or more items: SGD35)
Thailand: THB 550 (2 or more items: THB 950)

After adding the product to your cart, the shipping fee will be calculated automatically on the checkout page.

Please note that depending on your country's customs regulations, import duties and/or sales taxes may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Please note that for overseas shipping, e-gift items and specified delivery dates and times are not supported due to the nature of the features.

Of course, you can also use it as a yoga mat.

However, the main purpose of this product is stretching , and it uses a soft, slippery suede material to increase the range of motion and allow you to stretch your body comfortably.

Therefore, please be careful when performing poses for advanced practitioners that require you to step firmly on the ground or use your core for balance, as you may slip .

*It is not recommended to use this facility when you are obviously sweating, such as during hot yoga.

After use, gently wipe off any sweat with a soft, dry cloth and dry in the shade.
Please roll it up when storing. If you bend it, creases may remain temporarily due to the product specifications.
Avoid storing in hot and humid places.
We have thoroughly inspected the product, but due to the characteristics of the material, please be careful of color transfer due to friction or when wet.
It is not recommended to use the facility in situations where you will obviously sweat, such as during hot yoga.

If you use a very diluted aromatic water to wipe the suede, you can enjoy the scent without damaging it (only colorless, transparent, alcohol-free products are allowed).

Dilute a mild detergent in lukewarm water and wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Gently wipe again with another cloth dampened with water to remove any remaining detergent.
Avoid direct sunlight and allow to dry naturally in a well-ventilated, shady area.

*The surface is made of suede-like material, so to maintain its soft feel, we do not recommend washing it in a washing machine or dry cleaning it. Also, please avoid using bleach, alcohol, or hard brushes.

Unfortunately, we are unable to mix gift orders (which hide the invoice amount) and regular orders in the same order.

All products are shipped free of charge nationwide. However, shipping to Okinawa Prefecture will cost 1,500 yen (tax included).

Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day, and will usually be dispatched within one business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Regarding your "Delivery box preference," please enter it in the order notes on the cart screen and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot accept detailed specifications due to automatic connection with the warehouse.

You can specify a delivery date and time on the cart page between 2 and 10 days from the order date.

Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product you receive is irreparably damaged or soiled, or if the product you receive is different from the product you ordered.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as size changes, color, or different images.

If the item is defective, we will exchange it for a new one or provide a full refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
