We ship internationally via EMS (Express Mail Service) to destinations worldwide.

＜関税・輸入税について＞Customs Duties and Import Taxes

• 海外配送には、関税・輸入消費税・通関手数料などが発生する場合がございます。これらは各国の関税法規に基づき課されるもので、受取人様のご負担となります。
  Depending on the destination country’s customs regulations, customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
• これらの金額は国・地域により大きく異なり、事前に確定した費用をお伝えすることはできません。
  These costs vary significantly by country/region, and we are unable to estimate or control them in advance.
• 関税等の支払い拒否、不在による保管期限切れ、その他受取不可により返送となった場合、
  往復送料・返送手数料・関税等の付帯費用は返金対象外となります。
  If a shipment is returned due to non-payment of duties, storage expiration, or any recipient-related issue,
  round-trip shipping fees and related charges are non-refundable.

＜配送方法・お届け日数＞Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• 国際配送は EMS（国際スピード郵便） を使用し、通常 7〜15営業日 程度でのお届けとなります。
  ただし、税関検査・現地の郵便事情・天候などにより遅延が発生する場合があります。
  International shipments are handled via EMS and generally take 7–15 business days.
  Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local postal conditions, or weather.
• 各国の最終配送は、現地の郵便事業者（例：USPS, Australia Post, Korea Post など）が担当します。
  Local delivery is handled by the postal operator of the destination country (e.g., USPS, Australia Post, Korea Post).
• 発送完了後、追跡番号をメールにてご案内いたします。
  A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

＜配送不可地域について＞Countries/Regions Not Eligible for Shipping

• 一部の国・地域では、治安情勢・自然災害・郵便事情・国際情勢などにより、EMSが配送停止・制限されている場合がございます。
  Due to security conditions, natural disasters, postal disruptions, or international circumstances,
  EMS may suspend or restrict delivery to certain countries/regions.

＜送料について＞International Shipping Fees

• EMSの料金表に基づき、国・地域・重量に応じて送料が自動計算されます。
  Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight,
  in accordance with the EMS rate schedule.
• 送料は注文内容・梱包重量により変動します。
  Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the items ordered.
• 配送時に発生する関税・輸入税・通関手数料は含まれておりません。
  Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included in the shipping fee.

在庫がある商品は、ご注文から当日〜2営業日以内に発送いたします（日祝・長期休暇を除く）。欠品している商品の予約販売時は、商品ページに目安の出荷予定時期を記載しております。
In-stock items will be shipped on the same day or within two business days of your order (excluding Sundays, holidays, and long holidays). When an item is out of stock and available for pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page.
